Why does the amount have a few extra paise?

Each order gets a unique amount, for example ₹499.37 instead of ₹499. The extra paise (always under ₹1) let our bank match your payment to your order instantly. They appear on your GST invoice.

How fast is delivery?

Usually about 2 minutes after your bank confirms the payment. Your key, link or file appears on the order page, in your e-mail and in your account.

What if I paid but nothing arrived?

Do not pay again. Enter the 12-digit UTR from your UPI app on the payment page, or contact support with your order number. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, we refund you in full.

What if I paid the wrong amount?

A payment that does not match the exact amount is never kept. We refund it in full to your UPI ID within 3 working days. To get your item now, start a new payment for the exact amount.

Do I need an account?

No. Checkout needs only your e-mail. You can find any order later with your e-mail and order number.
